The metallurgical workshop's harsh environment comprises of excessive dust, high temperature, strong corrosion, and requires high work intensity. Weihua Crane demonstrates exceptional performance in such extreme working conditions, ensuring the customer's high-strength production rhythm.

 

Our crane ensures smooth operations and safe long-term operation with a 4-girder 6-rail layout and a horizontal structure of the main reducer. Adopting an ALM active rectification feedback system with multiple redundancy mechanisms ensures safe lifting of loads. With the CMS monitoring system, the crane is equipped with a safe and reliable option for quick troubleshooting of faults, providing 24-hour safe operation.

 

 

In addition, the system has various safety warning features, such as smoke detection warning, safe area operation warning, and remote wireless intercom, ensuring an efficient and safe work environment.
