The anode carbon block stacking crane is a special loading and unloading equipment for the carbon block factory and the carbon block warehouse of electrolytic aluminum plant. It can be used in environments containing harmful substances such as carbon powder, hydrocarbon, baking fume, etc.

This crane is mainly composed of a bridge, Fixture lifting mechanism, opening and closing mechanism, electric hoist lifting and running agencies. It is equipped with closed-circuit monitoring, automatic detection, automatic positioning, automatically determine the fixture leakage, automatically determine the height of carbon block stacking and other functions.

Process Operation:

1. Stack and transport raw anode blocks and roasting anode blocks (19 blocks in 1 group);

2. For waste block removal and qualified block insertion;

3. A 5 tons electric hoist for lifting the sporadic items.

Usually welding before assembly with large welding space and simple operation, while this equipment requires high precision, so we adopt assembly before welding, so the welding space is very small, the narrowest place is only 22cm, greatly increased the difficulty of welding operation.
