Safety trolley line gradually replaces the old angle iron and bare copper conductor line. Safety trolley line is formed by a caulking tube or groove in the plastic plate smooth T2 of copper or embedded wear aluminum conductors as a carrier fluid, forming a combination of transmission conduit, under which there is an opening slot for collector run. The power is directed to working power equipment by the high wear-resistant copper-graphite brush of the collector.

During operation of Overhead crane, sometimes power failure happens, or spark generated in the transmission conduit, resulting too much collector replacement, to this end, Weihua carried out the following improvements:

(1) Increasing the collector brushes chamfered and polishing it smooth;

(2) Increased spring strength and elasticity between two opposing collector brush, ensure that the spring recovery freely;

(3) Deepen and strengthen current collector spring seat, spring is not easy to ensure the recovery spring of the brush no "bit string" in their work;

(4) There must be chamfer at the connection of two safety trolley line to ensure a smooth transition of collector. Meanwhile, to ensure regular maintenance of the normal use of the safety trolley line, it is essential of right operation, maintenance, and regular checks.
