Quenching Bridge Crane is a specialized lifting solution designed for metal heat treatment production lines. It is widely used to transfer and immerse high-temperature workpieces, such as shafts, bars, and forgings, into quenching media including water, brine, or oil, ensuring uniform metallurgical properties and improved mechanical performance.

Workpieces are automatically transferred from the heating furnace to the quenching station and immersed in the quenching medium within 3–5 seconds.
