This bridge crane is a specially designed lifting machine for the manufacturing process of Polypropylene reactor. The total weight of the reactor is 1,500 Tons and it consists of 12 tubes and 6 benders. These bridge cranes are used to lift these parts and workpieces, and also work together synchronously to handle the whole Polypropylene reactor.

Mechanism:

1. Light-weight structure with the features of light self-weight, small wheel pressure, low crane height, less energy consumption, smooth operation without impact, and less noise.

2. The electronic weighing device is fitted on all cranes, and the weighing accuracy is ＜3‰, the crane electronic scale sensor is easy to install and the accuracy is easy to control.

3. The hoist of the trolley adopts a statically determinate force structure, and the hoisting and running drive is fixed integrally combined with a reducer, a motor, and a brake, with three-point positioning.

4. Each lubrication system of the crane is electric centralized lubrication, and electric lubrication is carried out on a regular basis, which saves labor costs and avoids oil pollution.

Electrical:

1. Electrical anti-sway crane technology, multi-crane lifting synchronously, precise control and stable running.

2. Wireless communication technology to realize multi-crane linkage running to lift different workpieces.

3. Absolute encoder for positioning, laser ranging for linkage synchronization, and program algorithms for precise control.

4. The crane integrated management system is able to realize fault information alarm, historical record query, operation status analysis and so on.
