Product Overview

This Bridge Crane is a specially customized lifting solution developed for the manufacturing of polypropylene reactors. The complete reactor weighs up to 1,500 tons. The cranes are used to lift and position individual reactor sections and can also operate synchronously to handle the complete reactor assembly.

Mechanism Features

Lightweight Structure – The crane features a lightweight design with low wheel pressure, low overall height, low energy consumption, smooth operation, minimal impact, and low noise.
High-Precision Electronic Weighing – An electronic weighing system is installed on each crane, with weighing accuracy of less than 3‰, addressing the challenges of sensor installation and weighing accuracy in crane applications.
Optimized Hoisting Mechanism – The hoisting mechanism of the winch trolley adopts a statically determinate force structure. The hoisting and traveling drives use an integrated three-point positioning arrangement of the reducer, motor, and brake.
Electric Centralized Lubrication – The crane's lubrication systems use electric centralized lubrication with scheduled lubrication cycles, reducing labor requirements and helping prevent oil contamination.

Electrical Features

Anti-Sway Technology – Weihua's independently developed anti-sway technology enables synchronized multi-crane lifting, precise control, and stable operation.
Precise Positioning and Synchronization – Absolute encoders are used for positioning, while laser ranging supports linkage synchronization. Program-based algorithms enable precise control during coordinated lifting.
Integrated Crane Management System – The system provides fault alarms, historical record queries, and operating status analysis for centralized crane management.

Application

This customized Bridge Crane system is designed for the manufacturing and assembly of large polypropylene reactors. It is used to lift individual reactor sections and enables multiple cranes to operate synchronously for the handling and assembly of the complete 1,500-ton reactor.
